12th HSC / ITI/ Diploma / MSC / BSC / BE / B.Tech Passout students eligible.
Technician Officer / C :-
educational / technical qualifications such as M.Sc., M.Lib., B.E. / B.Tech. from a recognized University /
Board of Technical Education of Central or State Government.
Science Assistant/ B :-
educational qualifications from a recognized University of Central or State Government. Candidates undergoing / completed M.Sc. Integrated course shall produce B.Sc. degree Certificate.

Stipendiary Trainee Category - I :-
Diploma in Chemical, Electrical, Electronics, E&T, E&C, Electronics & Instrumentation, Instrumentation, Instrumentation & Control, Mechanical, Metallurgy, Architecture, Civil, Automobile, Industrial Safety or B.Sc Pass in Relevant Discipline.
Stipendiary Trainee Category - II :-
ITI in trades :-
Fitter, Turner, Machinist, Electrician, Welder, Mechanic Machine Tool Maintenance, Electronic Mechanic, Instrument Mechanic, RAC, Draughtsman (Mechanical), Draughtsman (Civil), Mason, Plumber, Carpenter, Mechanic Motor Vehicle, Diesel Mechanic etc.
HSC with :-
Physics, Chemistry and Maths with minimum 60% marks in aggregate (for the posts of Laboratory, Plant Operator).
HSC (Science) with minimum 60% marks in aggregate Plus 2 years Diploma recognized by Dental Council of India. (for the posts of Dental Technician – Hygienist, Mechanic).
